- you have obtained a new or renewed NORBA license number since your last race;

- your last name has changed (marriage) since your last race - indicate current & maiden names;
- you have not previously supplied us with your date of birth and/or e-mail address;

The information requested below allows the timing and scoring service to consistently and accurately identify racers - especially important for series events using a point scoring system.
